After the third Spiritual Stone, approach Hyrule Castle. The escape scene gives you the Ocarina of Time.

Learn Song of Time
Retrieve the Ocarina from the moat and learn the song from Zelda’s message.

Open the Door of Time
At the Temple of Time altar, place the three Spiritual Stones and play Song of Time. Walk through and pull the Master Sword.
