Child setup
Visit Lon Lon Ranch after meeting Zelda, speak to Malon in the corral and play the ocarina to learn Epona’s Song.
Adult race
Return as adult, pay Ingo to ride, call Epona with the song, then challenge Ingo twice. After winning, jump the outer fence on Epona to escape.

How to start: Start with the Pocket Egg from the cucco woman in Kakariko.
Walkthrough
Trade chain
Pocket Egg → wake Talon → Cojiro → Odd Mushroom → Odd Potion → Poacher’s Saw → Broken Goron Sword → Prescription → Eyeball Frog → Eye Drops → Claim Check.
Final wait
After giving Biggoron the Eye Drops, wait the required in-game days and exchange the Claim Check for the sword.

Return all payments to the shopkeeper to unlock the Mask of Truth and other loaner masks.

How to start: Hunt the ten fixed Big Poe spawns while riding Epona.
Walkthrough
Capture souls
Shoot each Big Poe from horseback, then bottle its soul.
Turn in
Bring souls to the Poe Collector in the ruined Market guard house. Completing all ten earns the final reward.
